If you're serious about lifting this is the place for you. Its not like the commercial gyms. Old school equipment, real metal weights and plates. The instructors are very motivating.
The instructors at this gym really give everything they have to the group classes they teach. I participate in the Silver Sneakers classes and find them to be fun and challenging!
My favorite gym. I've been there for 10+ years!! 24 hours, classes, juice bar. Friendly staff.
I go early morning and enjoy that it's not too busy then. You get to know the other early morning people and you each do you own work out at your own pace
Great gym. Lots of choices for equipment. Always open. Clean.
