Facility: Organized, clean, and filled with just about every piece of equipment you could ever want to train with. There's a big parking lot so that should never be an issue.
I own a CrossFit gym in San Diego and was visiting for a specialty seminar that CF Hammermill hosted. As a gym owner it's easy to analyze and tell the difference between good and not-so-great CrossFit gyms...and this one is awesome!
