We called ahead to let them know we had a bunch of laundry (200 lbs) that we needed to be washed and dryed. For charity, mind you. Brought all of the bags in, just to be turned away. 20 10 lbs bags and we had to load it all up. Should have told us before they couldn't handle it to begin with.

They can not handle large quantities of clothes, even after calling ahead and confirming that they could. Not to mention we were washing all these clothes, 200 pounds, to dontate to charity. Very poor customer service, if you're looking for a pleasant place to wash your clothes don't come here.
I wish there the parking lot was more alluminated for night shopping though
