drink at the bar and look at the menu
The first time we went, the food and service were excellent. The second time we visited, we were seated next to the bar where there were several people who were quite inebriated and making the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Our table was right next to the exit which people used for smoking, so we got the cold smoke-filled air whenever someone would go in or out. And finally, the grand finale was the awful stench. To my wife it smelled like burning plastic, but to me it smelled like diahrea. As you can imagine, it didn't help the flavor of the food. We may give them a chance in the future, but it will take a while to forget this experience.
The lodge made my holiday suck! The don't honor reservations 2 hrs after reservation they still had 1 o'clock reservation waiting.only 1 bartender for 150 people. I left and had Chinese food. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN. OTHER PEOPLE WAITING LEFT TOO.
Wife asked the bartender can you make a Sloe Gin Fizz? The bartender didn't know what a Sloe Gin Fizz was. That's it where outa here. But I will say the wife and I was at the Lodge around the middle of September on a Saturday night with a different bartender that wasn't sure how to make a Sloe Gin Fizz but would find out.
Giving that it was thanksgiving i was expecting it to be busy, and so it was. I ordered a chocolate milk and the milk tasted sour, the coffee was cold. Our food was ice cold, and we didn’t receive the bread rolls until the end of our meal. Our waitress took awhile to give us our drinks also. I hope in the future we can have a better experience. ALSO all of our plates and silverware were dirty and still had food on them.
The wife was very pleased with the cocktails. Dinner was also very good.
Awesome food. Great service. Best of all the bartender want shy with the alcohol, drinks weren't watered down. Definitely got my moneys worth.

Went yesterday, Wednesday October 25 around 7 o'clock for there twin lobster and steamers. We were disappointed to hear that they didn't have anymore. Come on it was only 7 o'clock! Working man's hours.
