Stopped in for grinders during lunch break. It was pretty busy but there was just 3 people working it and one was a assistant manager in training. My order was wrong, it couldn't be fixed so it wad free. I am sure this is not a common occurrence for them. Will try here again. The food is really good once you get it...
First time I've are there in years, and it'll probably be years before I go back, if at all. I got a "large" (large being the last word I would use to describe the size) steak and cheese, what they are known for, right? Well, what little steak was in the sandwich was grey and looked more steamed than grilled. The roll was at least fresh, but if I didn't know any better I would have thought someone sat on it. Either I caught a bad day at a bad location or this franchise has gone way downhill. There are a bunch of sub joints in the area that are orders of magnitude better than what I just had.

manager was on the cash register and he was super friendly and everyone who worked there was really helpful and cool, will have 2 visit again sometime. oh and the sandwich was really good too!!!
Always have a wonderful sandwich here. We ordered 4 sandwiches and all were perfect
