As a woman the dealership is just as important as the car. You can't beat the service and sales dept. of Long Subaru. Lisa C. is one of the best salesperson I have ever worked with. The finance dept is one of the best. He will help you find money if there is some. For example I had money left over on my previous car's warranty. All in all I will do business with this family and their employees forever.
This was not only my first Subaru purchase, but also my first time shopping at Long Subaru. I initially met by Lisa, who was very knowledgeable, a total professional. I asked for Matt, but found that he was scheduled to be in later in the day. Even with knowing I was there to see Matt, Lisa didn't skip a beat, answering my initial questions, demonstrating a CrossTrek and taking me for a test drive. Upon our return to the dealership, Lisa advised me when my wife and I could return and meet with Matt. The following day, we returned and our experience with Matt was great. Matt possesses great product knowledge and these experiences made us choose to purchase our Subaru. I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge our good experience with Ray O'Brien as well.
My review is for sales specifically. I don't recommend their service department due to past experiences. Lisa helped us pick out a great car twice now and made the process very easy. Ray worked magic for us in the finance department. Overall we are very pleased with our car buying experience with them.
Service staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They don't pull a lot of the bs that most car dealership service centers do. Addition of rewards program for free oil changes is awesome.
Ray was absolutely great too. I did not work with him in as much depth, but was pleased with his demeanor and efficiency.
